As if we didn’t know it already! Ardersier is one of the two finalists in the MFR competition to find the happiest street in the Highlands – once again proving that Ardersier is one of the coolest places to live in Scotland.

Ardersier is one of the best places to see the resident pod of dolphins that frequent the Inner Moray Firth. The summer of 2016 has been one of the liveliest for Dolphins at Chanonry Point which can be seen easily from Ardersier. Another really great place to see the Dolphins is at Fort George.
In late June, Dolphins have been frequently seen travelling past Fort George at around 1-2 hours after low tide. Indeed any time on a rising time seems to be productive.
